Super Mario 64
Nearly a decade after Super Mario 64 rocked the world of console platformers, Super Mario 64 DS breaks out with a new set of set of challenges. Sporting a new style of control—touch control—Mario is back, and now with a host of friends with unique abilities. Even if you've mastered the Nintendo 64 original, Super Mario 64 DS is sure to offer up plenty of challenges that you need help with.
The game begins with a brief introduction. Run up to the main castle gate and you'll find that's it been locked. Cross back over the bridge run to the key icon that's on your map. Use Yoshi's tongue attack to catch the rabbit and get the key to open the castle gate.
Take the key back to the castle gate and step inside the castle. This castle will serve as the hub to all of the levels in Mario 64 DS. By stepping into each of the levels you can earn stars. Collect more and more stars to open up new doorways that lead to more levels and more stars. To start out, turn left and enter the only doorway that does not have a number on the star. Step into the painting to enter Bob-Omb Battlefield, the first course of the game.
